This project involves the radical reconstruction of an apartment on Palaion Patron Germanou Street, in the center of Thessaloniki. The goal was to create a contemporary urban sanctuary that combines the city's pulse with inner tranquility. The apartment was fully renovated, acquiring a modern, sophisticated, yet deeply familiar character. The design skillfully balances clean geometric lines, organic curves, and earthy tonalities. Warm wood hues dominate custom-made furniture. The strategic use of glass block partitions allows natural light to diffuse while ensuring privacy. Simultaneously, indirect architectural lighting highlights the imposing murals that add a theatrical flair to the bedrooms. In the open-plan living area, the dark marble fireplace and brass details introduce a subtle luxury. Special emphasis was placed on the bathroom, where a striking vertical garden introduces the principles of biophilic design. This natural oasis dynamically contrasts with the dark surfaces, completing a unique living experience.
